Te Ara Pounamu is an immersive story telling experience delivered in four unique and linked hubs across New Zealand's West Coast/Te Tai o Poutini, designed in collaboration with Wētā Workshop. Through films, sculptures, immersive projections, and interactive exhibits, visitors step into the world of explorers, traders, and guardians who have shaped this land over centuries.

Recording with Taonga Puoro artist Alistair Fraser, I developed a unique musical palette of warped traditional instruments, and processed native birdsong. Along with comprehensive sound production from voice acting to foley and abstract sound design, the total soundscape moves from cinematic battle stories to meditative depictions of daily life on a Māori pā.
